I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it provided everything I needed. The infinity pool was a great way to relax after a long day and the business center allowed me to work efficiently. The staff was friendly and the amenities were well-maintained.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room with audiovisual equipment. It would have been convenient to have a space where I could conduct meetings and presentations without any interruptions.

We were pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the city. Although the room was smaller than expected, it was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to have breakfast in the apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the cheap prices at the bar. we would recommend this hotel for its value for money.

The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the vibrant V&A Waterfront. Our spacious room/apartment offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the bustling waterfront. The LCD TV with cable programming kept us entertained in the evenings, while the shuttle service made it convenient for us to visit nearby attractions. The daily room servicing was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.
For families with children, my kids wished the swimming pool was bigger.

I enjoyed the short 10 minute stroll to the V&A Waterfront and close proximity of shops, ATM's, many cafe's of course the and football stadium.
Entrance from street is bit off putting and maybe the interior needs to be refurbished with a more modern style and material. Also the sliding doors cannot be locked so it presents a security risk if you are on a low floor (I was moved to the 7 floor).

The hotel is quite near to the popular Waterfront area, making it a convenient choice for those wanting to explore the attractions there. With its good location in a safe area, guests can easily walk to the Cape Town waterfront and the city center within 15-20 minutes. Being near plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars adds to the convenience factor. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a good-sized balcony offering a view of the sea and Waterfront. The kitchen facility and utensils provided are ample, allowing guests to make quick meals if desired. The room is well-serviced every day, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Another plus is the 24-hour reception and excellent security, providing peace of mind to guests.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for families with children. It had a good bathroom and a balcony, although it was located near a busy road. The location was ideal, with the V&A Waterfront and Bo Kaap within a short walking distance. It's recommended to buy a Hop On, Hop Off bus ticket for convenient access to various attractions.
Felt to be welcomed, no complaints.

Stayed here for New Year's and was pleased with my experience. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and separate sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to many key attractions and had easy access to grocery stores.
While the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, I did notice that the furniture was a bit dated. while the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, there was some street noise that could be heard throughout the night.
